    It seems this feedback is related to the denial of your refund request for Bookly PRO. Please be aware that refund requests follow the Envato Refund Rules: https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy. As digital goods on CodeCanyon, the products cannot be ‘returned’. If there are no issues with the item itself, the buyer is not eligible for a refund. If you disagree with this decision you can raise a dispute with Envato and Envato Team will make a final decision based on the all available information.

    I have experience in customer service and in at least 75% of all cases it is the same. Customer doesn’t read the terms and conditions, wants money back, get refused, bad review.
