Normally you can backup/restore the forms with the backup tool located on the form settings page. There is no need to do this backup restore from database.

The same thing happened to me. My luck is that had the backup of the folder plugin. I did the process two times to make sure. I’m using the version WP 3.0.3. The plugin will still outdated.

I made the changes manually as the link and it worked normally. Another plugin has problems with the automatic update of WordPress. You were right. Thanks.
