Plugin Still Being Developed?

I have the same question. If this is not kept current, what is the best way to add Cloudflare-hosted video to wordpress sites?

I’ve seen a fork of this plugin that may be trying to become the replacement. But it doesn’t look like it’s at that point yet. Cloudflare is aware of it, though.

Personally, I just started using radixstream instead.

FV Player works with Cloudflare Stream as well, but I’ve never tried it.

Radix also seems a bit abandoned, I couldn’t find a changelog and the footer still says 2023, have you received updates from them?

This is the change log. But it’s just the initial version listed.

The developer and creator, Tan Nguyen, had done some tweaking to allow this plugin to work with another plugin I use ‘WP Recipe Maker’. And a new version 1.10 was released as a result. But it’s not updated on their website change log for what ever reason.

This was back in March 2024, and I had several back and forth emails with Tan, who was very responsive and helpful. Tan went well out of his way to be honest.

That being said, I’m unaware of any other updates to the plugin. If you fill in the contact form on the site you’ll probably get a response directly from Tan on the current state of the plugin.
