It appears you may be using an outdated version of the plugin. You should be using at least 4.2.0. After you update you can use the FT Social menu > Add New. Then import your shortcode. After importing your shortcode use the button to get a new access token. Then paste the new shortcode in place of your old one. This new update should make it much easier to make changes going forward. Let me know if that helps.

    Hello,

Thank you for your prompt reply. The plugin was updated today from v4.15 to v4.2.0, would this have caused this error? There is already a ‘my feed’ created and a feed shortcut is displaying in feed settings. Do I need still need to create a new feed to resolve this error and what impact will it have on that webpage if I do that?
Would this why when I compare that the live instagram is not updating on the website? Do I need to check any other settings.

    thanks

No problem, always glad to help out ??

We made this major update in version 4.0. I’m not sure how that older shortcode continued to work. You just need to click the button to get a new access token and then copy the new shortcode and replace that old one. Double-check those links I sent to the documentation, as they may be helpful.

Wow, thanks again for helping me out here! I do not know where to just click the button to get the new access token so that I understand completely all I need to do is following this document https://www.slickremix.com/documentation/convert-old-shortcode/ and then update the HTML code on the webpage where it is displaying the error then all should be working again, hopefully.

    Thanks!
