    Hello,

    I usually use the Shopengine plugin without any problems, but this time I’m having a problem that I can’t resolve.

    I’ve installed Shopengine on an existing site but an empty page is displayed instead of the interface. On searching, I saw that this problem had been the subject of another topic (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugin-page-is-blank-nothing-shows-up/), but I haven’t managed to solve the problem by following the recommendations.

    • Not completing the Onboarding Steps properly: impossible to do because I get an empty page straight away after installing the plugin
    • Clearing the cache: done, but without success
    • Disabling others plugins and themes: done, but without success

    Note: the site on which I’m trying to install ShopEngine is a redesign. I created the template site locally without any problems and started exporting products, taxes, pages, items and templates from the builder. Is it possible that’s where the problem is coming from?

    What can I do to solve this problem?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I can understand the issue you are facing right now. This issue usually happens due to caching, if you have any caching plugin enabled. So, try to clear the cache properly or clear your browser cache. Or try on the incognito mode of your browser. Hopefully, your problem will be solved.

    Thank you so much for your quick reply!

    I had already tried deleting/changing/activating/deactivating the cache plugin + clearing my browser cache, but without success.

    I think the problem was actually due to a bug that occurred during the migration of the site; having exhausted all my options for resolving it, I restored the previous version of the site (fortunately, I only lost a few hours of work because my last backup was very recent, and more importantly… the problem was solved!) I was then able to migrate the site, and this time the plugin seems to be working perfectly well.
