I have a problem with CF7 to Airtable plugin. After installation (WordPress 6.4.2.) I generate TOKEN ID for integration and paste it into installed plugin. I go to forms and I have “Airtable” tab, but there is no database ora tables from Airtable on list and I can’t choose any to mark the fields.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. I apologize for the delayed response.

To help me better understand what might be going wrong, could you please provide me with the following:

    • Screenshots of the mapping configuration between CF7 and Airtable.
    • The admin configuration and public view of your CF7 form.
    • The list of attributes you have set up in Airtable.
    • A video on Loom where you show me the process followed.

Additionally, could you confirm if the minimal requirements are met for the proper functioning of Contact Form 7 and Airtable:

    • WordPress is higher than version 5.5.
    • Contact Form 7 is up-to-date.
    • PHP is higher than version 7.0.

Once we have this information, we can move forward in diagnosing and resolving your issue.

    Thanks,

    Cristian

    Hi,

Based on the screenshots you provided, it appears that the TOKEN ID you are using is incorrect. The correct token should be the one generated upon creating the token in Airtable, which is typically longer than the one you’ve used.

To rectify this, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your Airtable Tokens page: https://airtable.com/create/tokens.
    2. Click on the three dots next to the token used for the connection.
    3. Select ‘Regenerate Token’.
    4. Copy the newly generated token. (It’s advisable to save this token in a secure place to avoid needing to regenerate it for future connections.)
    5. Paste this token and attempt the connection again.

This should resolve the issue of not being able to see your Airtable databases and tables in the plugin. If you continue to face any difficulties or have further questions, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

    Kind Regards,

    Cristian
