Setting static homepage and separate blog page

I am trying to establish a static homepage by creating a page called Home and a Page called Blog. I go into Settings and the Reading link and change the settings to Static Home page. For Home page I set Home and Posts page Blog. It sets both my Home Page and Blog page to the same thing. Any suggestions? My site is https://www.adhdstrategiesunlimited.com.
