HTML Modernization, PLS ??

    I have noticed that the html of the plugin banner is rather badly coded (wrong HTML tags/attributes, unnecessary HTML, inline styles). I would also remove the “X” to close the banner, as it only confuses the user. The user should just have a button for Ys and No. Could you kindly upgrade the HTML to the following? It wouldn’t be much work for you and would make the plugin much better.
