Formidable forms import problem

I want to ask for help.
WordPress runs via aaPanel under an Ubuntu server.
I use Formidable Forms and I want to import the old data to the new server. I have successfully exported all the required data. The problem is with the import. There were no problems with smaller files. I start the task in the formidable forms menu and the process starts and after a while it stops and does nothing. It doesn’t run into any errors or indicate that there is a problem, I just see that the amount of data is not increasing. I suspect it might be a phpmyadmin mysql or apache issue.
Where should you start looking for the error?

I import everything separately. I’m over the description, but the situation hasn’t gotten any better.
When I start the import it randomly stops. Sometimes it has 20, sometimes it imports 35 and then it stops, but it does not indicate in any way and nothing is visible on the progress bar.
