How to Create different image folder for different forms?

Hi Guys,

I want to create multiple forms to collect data for making ID cards. For this I am thinking of using Fluent form to create the forms. These form will collect all the necessary information along with an image of the person using the image upload button. Data will be collected from different organization using different forms and pages.

But the issue is that Fluent form add all images from all forms into 1 folder, I want to get images of different forms in different folders. Also I want them to get renamed with the form submission no. to identify which image belong to which entry.

I would really appreciate any help with this. Please feel free to suggest any other way to achieving this if you know it already.

I am not a developer so, please provide simple options or methods.

If there are paid plugins with which I can do this then thats the most preferred option for me.
