Remove plugin completely from DB

Hey There, looks like a nice plugin, but I think I need something a little more custom. How can I remove it completely from MySQL etc. I removed the plugin, but there are at least two option I can see in the db still:

Loancomparison_settings1 and loancomparison_interest1.

Can I delete each of those options entirely, and is there anything else I need to do to completely remove it from my site?

I am trying to keep my new website as clean as possible from unused content/code, etc., and am not a mysql or coding pro.
