Getting 404 on Web stories and Custom post types

We are facing an issue with?Asset?cleanup?Pro. Tried raising a support ticket, but didn’t get any reply.
Web-stories and Custom Pods types are giving 404 error since we have installed and made settings in Asset cleanup
If I go to Settings > Permalinks > Save (without any changes) : The URLs become accessible. But after a few hours, these two again become 404.
We are using the following plugins
