    We are having a problem, the admin menu in the orders page shows 3 orders but we only have 2 orders listed.
    What is happening ?

    Just to confirm, it shows you have 3 order notifications, but only two show on the order page, correct?

    Can you please reset your router and access your website from a private window to check if the wrong notification number is a cache issue?

    Do you have any orders on draft?

    If you filter the orders to only show the orders processing, it still only shows 2 orders?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hi, my techs infos here.

    The orders go through Brevo and an alert appeared but on the order page no order, we found customer information, the order total but no information.

    I went ahead with inspecting the site’s System Status Report (SSR), and it appears that 3 orders are recorded there.

    Furthermore, Brevo appears to be facilitating with SMTP email settings, and HPOS is enabled.

    Hi Pepe, thank you for the support.

    After several searches I found where this is going wrong.
    The problem seems to come from Polylang For WooCommerce, the missing order is made by an English account on the store and this seems to block the order email sending process and prevents the display of this order. If I switch it to Fr it is displayed.

    My admin language menu is set to all languages, even switching to In it doesn’t appear.

    I am in contact with Polylang support.
