Hi I recently set up DMARC for my 3 sites that are basically identical to each other set up wise . Google dmarc report say Dmarc Pass, SPF Pass, DKIM fail on 2 sites but passes all 3 on one site .How can that be when I set all 3 up the same way. One that passes is running 2017 them the other 2 are 2017 & 2014

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @andye20,

Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry about the inconvenience.

Please kindly bear in mind that the DMARC, DKIM, and SPF status of your sites are fully controlled by your email hosting provider. WP Mail SMTP only checks these when sending emails and issues a warning when there’s an issue with them.

To resolve this, please contact the support team for the SMTP mailer you are using. They’ll be able to advise on what the exact issue is and hopefully resolve it.

You can also send a test email to mail-tester.com to check the spam score report of your mailer on all 3 of your sites. This report usually gives some more insight into any issues with your mailserver.

?I apologize that we can’t provide an exact solution to the issue right now, but I hope the information above can help point you in the right direction.

    Thanks ??

That’s the issue resolved . I tracked it down to Plesk-Hosting/DNS and found the site that did work had 2 DKIM files S1 domainkey and default domainkey.

the 2 sites affected had only the S1 domainkey so when my host provider put in the default domainkey my DKIM passed on both domains
