It’s the 2nd slider down the page that the client wants to use. the 1st slider is corrupted and shows two nav arrows

As the first slider includes the player, you should configure the second slider as the first one.

Please try by ticking the checkboxes: “Includes the main player in front of products titles”, ” Forces the audio player to be displayed in the product title”, and “Loading players in the onload event” in the plugin settings page.
