  • Hello @mojoz76,

I understand you’re experiencing issues connecting your client’s store to the WooCommerce app.

The cURL error 28 you’re encountering typically indicates a connection issue between your server and WooCommerce. The error suggests that the server is taking too long to respond.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check your server’s firewall settings. Make sure that it’s not blocking outgoing connections.
    2. You can try increasing your server’s ‘max_execution_time’ value in your php.ini file.

If the issue persists, I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for assistance. They should be able to help diagnose and resolve any server-side issues that may be causing this problem.

Let us know how it goes.
