    Hello, my company’s website was built with OceanWP, everything worked fine. Last week i saw that google removed some of my campaigns due to internal server error 500. I started to check what was going and i saw when i inspect element of the pages of my website in the network part there was error 500 on the url of the page. I started to disable plugin one by one and refresh everytime if the response came back to be 200, and at the moment i disabled Ocean Extra it worked and my website gave response 200. I would like to understand why this plugin did this and if there is solution to enable it back. Ocean Extra version is 2.2.4

    Ocean Extra plugin is active on thousands of websites, and we have not received any similar reports so far. Also, we can not reproduce that issue on our end.

    What error do you get behind the Server Error 500, and how can we replicate your steps to arrive at the issue on a fresh WordPress installation?

    To see the error, you can enable the WordPress debugger mode. Follow the steps provided in this link to enable it: https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

    Then please share the error message here as a code. We’ll find out what happened on your website with that error message.

    After seeing the error, please tell us a little about the versions of plugins you use. To do this, please go to WP Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info Tab and click on the button Copy site info to clipboard. You can send the information as code here or upload them to https://pastebin.com/ and get an exclusive link.
