In version 3.18.2, it was working fine but after installing the 3.18.3 I’m facing trouble on all of my websites. When I’m going to edit the page with Elementor it’s appearing an error “cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired”. Unfortunately, when I rolled back to 3.18.2 it was also not working right now. But which sites didn’t update from the old version (3.18.2) working fine. How can I get rid of this issue?

    Hi, @jilani53.

This error happens when the request is blocked by some firewall or restriction on your server, or there is a problem with the certificate on your server. It’s possible something has changed in your hosting environment’s settings/configuration.

    To troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Contact your hosting company so they can give the green light to Elementor and confirm that no firewall settings are preventing the connection with?https://elementor.com?and?my.elementor.com.
    2. Make sure your WP setup/server meets the minimum requirements for Elementor, especially a Memory Limit of 512M.
    3. Make sure your hosting provider has updated their root SSL certificate on their server.

    Hope this helps!

    Kind Regards,
