    Hello,
I apologize for the late reply. If you installed GetButton via an app, then by removing the app, the button code will be removed. If you installed the button code manually into your theme, you will need to manually remove it as well.

Keep in mind, that your site may have cached the button code. Please clear your site cache and check it in incognito mode.

If it doesn’t help, please contact us at?[email protected]. We will quickly answer your request during the work day (CET timezone).

    Hello,

Thanks for getting back to me. I cleared the cache and it’s still showing. I tried everything possible. I also searched the file manager and database for it. Couldn’t find it under wp_options. I lost so much time with this matter…

    Please help. Thanks.

You have installed the button code via the GTM tag:

So you should go to your GTM control panel and remove it there.

    P.S.
I hope you see now that your 1-star review is not relevant.
I would like to ask you to fix it.
