    3 days ago I updated the plugin and now I have a problem with the desktop version of the site. On the mobile version it works correctly, but on the desktop version 90% of the document does not load. I don’t know what it is. I’m using the free version and everything has worked perfectly so far.     Thank you for the report. In Which flipbook does the issue occurs. There are many on that page. Or is the issue in all flipbooks?

    Hi,

    I tried opening all 16 flipbooks. and all loaded successfully. And was not able to reproduce the issue to troubleshoot it.

    Can you elaborate “90% of the document does not load” What exactly is 90%. Does the loading stop at 90%? Does the last few 10% pages do not load? Does 90% of those flipbook do not load. If possible share a screenshot.

    Also please share the browser and OS you have tried with.

    Before that try opening your flipbooks in Private mode(Incognito mode) of browser. To assure, this is not a cache issue.

    These screenshots are from an incognito window. I deleted all cache memory, browser and operating system. I use Windows 10 and the Google Chrome browser. As you can see it doesn’t load the pages again?
