    Hi There,

I’ve been watching tutorials and trying to figure this out all day. I am trying to create an email to be sent to my customers after the purchase of a specific product and specifically signed up for MailPoet for this specific task because of the integration they have with woocommerce; however, after setting everything up I can not find the option to create email anywhere and it seems there has been an update that none of the tutorials out there cover.

Can anyone shed light on this? Where do I find the transactional emails for woocommerce in MailPoet??

Thank you for your help ??

finally figured it out. that feature isn’t available to free users even though you make it look like it is. What a greasy fucking scabby ass horrible tactic to get people to use your product. well you just lost this potential customer as i wasted an entire day trying to find a feature the website says I’ll have access too but can actually only have if I pay. What a joke of a company you are. Definitely will be looking elsewhere after this bullshit.

    Hey @wyldlanders,

Sounds like you’ve been having a frustrating experience with MailPoet!

Hopefully I can help clarify a few things here.

The only limit is you are capped at 1,000 subscribers when using the free plan.

You can use MailPoet to send transactional emails from WooCommerce. These are triggered after customers make a purchase on your site.

You can also customize the transaction email template.

Do you have another goal in mind? If so, please let us know.

    All the best,
