latest-events-calendar/:1 Uncaught (in promise)
-
Hi,
I am currently updating my site in staging in the latest wordpress Twenty Twenty Four Theme v1.0 and working on updating my events section.
Using the Events Calendar plugin currently, when I click on the ‘View Calendar’ link under the Calendar Event Listing block, the page it links to with your dynamic url that we can specify in the admin area is not rendering the page Footer section correctly in the browser, which means the Footer page navigation is not formatted properly or consistent with the other pages.
This only appears to affect the Footer template section of the page and not the Header section. I am using the latest wordpress standard theme.
When I inspect the page in Google Chrome Developer Console, the following error appears when I click on the footer section of the page:****
latest-events-calendar/:1 Uncaught (in promise) Error: A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was received****
This is display issue specifically related to the template page ‘Calendar Views (Event Archive)’ in the wordpress theme, since that is the template that displays the page results when the View Calendar link is clicked.
I have been through the footer template area section and all appears fine on every other template page. The only other thing I can add is that I have password protected the URL in staging, in case that may be causing the issue. Please can you help resolve this?
Many thanks
