We are tracking a critical bug with WP Job Manager 2.2.0 and PHP 7.4. The bug prevents job submissions with a critical error. The bug is being tracked at?https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/issues/2722; our team is currently looking at it.

In the meantime, we recommend upgrading to PHP 8 as the issue does not affect PHP 8. If PHP upgrade is not an option, you could downgrade to WP Job Manager 2.1.1 (https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/wp-job-manager.2.1.1.zip) until we resolve this bug.
