I changed the background color in mobile menu because it was very dark after theme installation. I did it in Mobile header > Style > OffCanvas menu > Background color.

I would like to restore this default dark color. How can I do that? Button “default” didn’t work.

    Sydney version: 2.33.

    Hi @ala321,

I attempted to reproduce your issue on my test site, but I can’t. Looks likely there is no issue with the color option.

I am not sure what is blocking you. But, I guess it could be server config matter. If that the case, please check your server’s requirements: https://www.ads-software.com/about/requirements/.

I have PHP 8.1, MariaDB ver. 10.4.27 and HTTPS, so my server config is OK.

    Hi @ala321,

Thank you for getting back. There should be no issue with your server.

I was thinking that reinstalling fresh Sydney theme might resolve your issue. Please do so if you want. Before doing so, visit your site’s Site Health screen to check whether everything reported fine.

Reinstalling Sydney doesn’t resolve problem – restore color still doesn’t work correctly. I noticed (before and after reinstalling) if I clicked “default” twice then background becomes transparent.

In Site Health everything is OK.

    Hi @ala321,

Thanks for getting back along with additional notes.

I’d like to investigate this once again. But before doing so, may I ask: is it the option you are needing help with? Please confirm.

Yes, it is that option. Sorry for not attaching the screenshot earlier.
