Inclusive tax has inverse effect

    I have my shop setup with 15% GST as we have in NZ and the prices entered as inclusive. When I am logged into any account type on my website the tax is applied correctly and we have a correct price.

    When a user is not logged in 15% is taken off the product price and there is also no tax messages on product, cart or checkout. If I enter prices exclusive of tax it then becomes correct again (while logged out) but still has none of the tax text and the same if I put 0.00% into my tax line item.

    Happy to provide anymore details, currently have my tax set to 0% so I can trade with the correct prices.

    After reviewing your site’s System Status Report, I’ve noticed that you have both WP Rocket and an Object Cache enabled on your site. These are common caching solutions and could be related to the issue at hand.

    Here’s what I recommend you do next:
    1. Flush the WP Rocket cache and then deactivate the plugin temporarily.
    2. Perform the same action for Object Cache on your server. Flushing Object Cache often requires assistance from your hosting provider, so you may need to contact your host for help with this step.

    Once both of these caching mechanisms have been cleared and deactivated, please try setting the prices to be tax-inclusive again. This will help determine if the caching setup is influencing the tax display and calculation for users who are not logged in.
