Upgrade process

    Hi Guys,

    I’m currently using WS Form LITE.

    What is the process to upgrade to WS Form PRO?

    I see the upgrade links in the WordPress admin area, but was wondering if I need uninstall anything to upgrade.

    Hi @detroitwidget

    You would simply install, activate and license WS Form PRO and WS Form LITE will be automatically be deactivated. All of your data from WS Form LITE will be retained in WS Form PRO.

    Provided you haven’t checked the Uninstall checkboxes in WS Form –> Settings –> Data (the default is unchecked), you can safely uninstall WS Form LITE.

    As always, ensure you make a backup of your site before making any changes to your plugins.
