    Hello,
    Today we had two different customers saying they are unable to add a variation to their shopping cart. They are using smart devices. One customer is using an android. I attempted it with my iphone and received the message, “Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart.”

    This is not an issue using a desktop PC with the Google Chrome web browser.

    Theme is Storefront version 4.5.4
    All plugins are up to date.

    While running some tests on our end, I was also not able to add the product on Chrome on a notebook.

    Here’s a screenshot:

    To help us investigate this issue, please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    I worked with “Live Chat” today and discovered I had a cache plugin that was causing the issue. Deactivated the plugin and all seems to be okay now. Thank you for the quick response and assistance.
