Link not appearing in post-notification email

  • Hi, there.

    I’m using the Visual Link Preview plugin to create nice bookmark cards in my posts, like the one here:

    What I’ve found that is that, when Mailpoet sends out a post notification email, although it includes the image and metadata from the visual link, it doesn’t include the actual link in the email.

    Do you know why this might be?

    I’ve let the plugin developer know, and he said to ask you whether anything specific is needed to make the two plugins compatible (so that the link does appear in the Mailpoet email).

    Thanks, Ojoma, but custom code is going beyond what I want to do at the moment. I’ll pass on your message to the developer of Visual Link Preview.
