We have many websites in a WordPress Multisite install, but with the last version (2.7.0 & 1.3.7) of paid version, all canonicals are also translated and pointing to the wrong address.

    For example
    [WEBSITE]/contact/
has a canonical tag pointing to
    [WEBSITE]/kontact/
(translated in german so, but the page isn’t in german and anyway it should have been /de/kontact/ in german).

That’s a MAJOR SEO issue and close to a week without any fix yet.
For information we’re using WP Rocket and Yoast too, but no other “special” plugin on these websites.

www.ads-software.com rules prohibit discussions about paid features, so I suggest opening a ticket on our website, https://translatepress.com/support/, if you are a user of our paid version.

However, so that the ticket does not remain in the air, you need to know that TranslatePress doesn’t set the canonical at all.
Be sure you have the latest versions of the Yoast plugin also. If so, you may look for resetting canonical using a tool like?https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/yoast-test-helper/.
