Time Format Issue

Hi,

I’m using GTranslate for a website where the main language is German. When the content is translated into English, some of the hours in the text shows up in the format XX.XX p.m. some in the format XX.XX and some as XX:XX. These all are in the same text. Why do they all have a different format and how can I unify them? The time format of the WP dashboard is set to 24 hour format.
