Creating a seperate 'add post page' per category

Hello folks:

We are using WP for some internal purposes only limited to 2 category types. We want to use the same installation for both purposes but our users may not be the most observant and we wanted a way where instead of choosing the particular category a post is related to from a radio or checkbox, AND since each post would only ever belong to one category, I wanted to know if it was instead possible to somehow create 2 different ‘Add Post’ entry pages, one per category type. This way our users could use from either the left side menu or perhaps a tab or something, which category they were planning to make a post for.

Any thoughts on how I can do this?
