    Completely ineffective. While I’m willing to pay for my website’s cleanup, I would appreciate at least a minor indication of why you believe my website has been hacked.

    I understand your concern, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    Currently, we do not show any hacked or malware files to our free users as malware can be cleaned manually once reviewed on our system. IIf we showed these files, people might try to clean them up themselves, which could misuse our services. When you upgrade your subscription, you’ll be able to see the infected files and review them before cleaning them up.
