Premium page empyt

Hi the previous owner of my website paid for the license for the advance feactures of the website. The website is still the same, but the server as changed. On the definitions page of the plugin the premium, fields, labeling and styling pages open but are empty just the tile and the saves changes button. Is there a problem with plugin, i do not mind paying for another license but i find no way of activating it.
