    I made a fresh install of Amelia Lite and in the screen of setting up services there are two following problems: categories i create do not appear in the list but if i create a service I can choose a categories from the list of categories I just made.
    The second problem is that Service Title is not shown next to the Service icon. I looked into html source and the title appears to be missing there too. How could I fix it?

    We would suggest that you reinstall the Amelia plugin on your website and let us know if it works or not.

    Thank you for your answer. I did reinstall. There is no change. Same thing. Category of a service would not appear and title of a service is missing as well.
    On inspection it seems that the whole “am-service-data” is missing.

    Categories section also seems to be missing a category that does appear in Service configuration window.

    I hope that it can be fixed. I have Woocommerce installed and FluentCRM. It should be interfering with Amelia, right?

    I have tried to uninstall and re-install Amelia free version for a few times and the problem remains. I thought I can work around it and use it anyway but I cannot set shortcodes for specific services not knowing the IDs of them. Please help.

    Hello, thank you for the update on this and for your patience.

    Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.

    Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved??If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
