    Please help, we are facing an issue where the ‘Woo Product Grid’ widget is not functioning properly. When I add a new WooCommerce product, it does not display the latest product. I tried updating, as well as downgrading, but unfortunately, it didn’t help. Of course, I tried changing the theme, and I also deactivated all other plugins except for WooCommerce and your modules, but unfortunately, it still doesn’t work. It shows the new products with a different widget. What can be done?

    Greetings. Hope you are doing well.

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot with us. In order to show the latest products in the Woo Product Grid widget, you need to select Recent Products. To select this option, please navigate to Content > Product Settings > Filter By > here select, Recent Products. Please check this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/ggeiI9

    The issue here is not about what settings to apply, as what you’re showing works properly. The problem is that it does not display the last WooCommerce product. That’s why I sent two screenshots, to show you that it appears when I’m in the editor, but not after the page is published. That’s why I reported the error. So, the problem is not with the widget settings but rather with database issues or plugin problems. Could you please find a solution for this?

    I’ve noticed that for some reason it does not display only the last product, which leads me to believe there is a fault in some programming setting.

    I have checked this on my end and found that it is showing the last WooCommerce product.

    It seems like an unusual issue. Are you facing this issue with the last product or with any specific product only? or with all products that are added last? If you are facing this issue with all products, then we will have to investigate the issue deeply. But if you are facing this issue with a specific product, then please check if that product is published and not on the draft. Also, please make sure to select?Recent Products from Content > Product Settings > Filter By > here select, Recent Products. Please check this screenshot:?https://d.pr/i/ggeiI9

    Regarding your issue, we still haven’t heard back from you. Can you please let us know if, on the latest updated versions of EA, the issue is resolved or not?
