Conflict with image upload

Love the plugin, am a pro user. I have a classifieds site where people can post ads from the front end via a shortcode form. Your plugin will not allow users to upload images from their devices to their advertisements. When I deactivate Fullscreen Background, the files upload without issue. Is there a way to fix this do you think? I am not a developer, just an ill-informed hobbyist. I do not want to ditch your plugin.
