    Hello,

    Firstly, when setting up this plugin, we have to connect with Google Account. Can you please specify what type of account do we need to connect here? For example, should it be the google account used to create Google Merchant center account or any google account is fine?

    Secondly, the setup does not get completed unless you create a google ads account. What if I already have an ads account and don’t want to create one but just link the existing one?

    Can you please specify what type of account do we need to connect here?

    You need to connect to the Google account that is associated with your Google Merchant Center account when setting up the Google Listings & Ads plugin. This is because the plugin needs to access to add product data to your the Google Merchant Center.

    What if I already have an ads account and don’t want to create one but just link the existing one?

    If you already have a Google Ads account, using the same account ID is suggested to create a Google Merchant account.

    The plugin requires a Google Ads account to manage your ad campaigns, so using an existing account is perfectly fine.
