• I am displaying my archive years on my blog page through a shortcode. The url on each year is eg. localhost/my-website/blog/2024. When I click on the year, instead of redirecting me to my archive page, it redirects me to home page.

I am not using Yoast plugin btw.

I don’t recall exactly where, but Yoast has a setting to disable archives, so I recommend looking into that.

If you’re unable to find the setting, or it’s not working properly, I recommend asking at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wordpress-seo/ so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    Hi James,

Thank you for the reply. I am not using Yoast plugin at all. I haven’t installed Yoast.

Oh, sorry, I completely misread that last line. ??

Try re-saving your permalink structure at Settings > Permalinks in your Dashboard. If WordPress cannot automatically edit the .htaccess file, it will provide manual instructions after saving.
