Plugin seems to hang when trying to get to report

    Are you still supporting the plugin? According to WordPress, the plugin has not been updated for the last 3 revisions.

    Regardless, I’m running into this issue with trying to get to the report. It is timing out on me and finally says –

    Request Timeout
    This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase ‘Connection Timeout’.

    How do I resolve this? Thanks

    Hi @evolutionpoint,

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry that you’re having issues.

    I’ve actually updated a bunch of the backend code in the premium version and it’s now much more efficient.

    If you’d like send me an email and I will get you a free upgrade to the premium version that you can install that should resolve your issue.
