Mobile display & function fail

  • I have the multilanguage switcher installed in the mobile off canvas menu, however it does not allow user to change languages. I also tried using the widget in the header, like on desktop version, but it does not generate the code and will not appear.

    Most likely you have installed different types of switchers for different menus. Make sure you use the same types for all menus. As I understand you wanted to use Google Auto Translate.

    I don’t understand. I have the multi language switcher installed in menu (screenshot), then I have the multi language switcher widget installed in the desktop website header (screenshot).

    Hi,

    The Google Auto Translate insert feature only works using a shortcode. It cannot be added to the side menu like you are trying to do.

    I cannot get the shortcode to show up at all. I have added it to the bottom of this page and the shortcode does not appear on desktop or mobile.
