“from” not working

It seems that there is a conflict between the plugins. Could you please refer to this documentation guide to check the plugin conflict: https://docs.everestforms.net/docs/how-to-check-plugin-theme-conflict/ This will let you know the cause of the error.

Also could you please verify that the ‘From name’ in the SMTP settings matches the ‘From Name’ of our email settings?
