    You mean the email send to the site owner or the email sent to the client?
    I using contact form 7
    can this because the user enter something like [email protected] ?

    The recipient is?the person the mail is addressed to. It could be either the site owner or the client. Yes, this could also be the reason if someone is entering an invalid email address or using an invalid domain.

    I checked the logs and show something like

    “We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited, 220 and/or bulk e-mail”

    What this mean?

    It indicates the error about the mail server certificate. Please contact your web host with this error and they’ll be able to fix it.
