WooCommerace swap out companys pay to PayPal

    Hello all!

    I have taken over a WordPress site from a partner along with the WooCommerace store. I was able to swap all the other PayPal credentials within WooCommerace to enable all current and future purchases to occur; however, all the subscriptions still go to the old PayPal account of the old partner.

    I spent a significant amount of time googling and searching this issue but not sure where the setting is located. Any help would be great.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    In order to assist you more effectively, can you please clarify which plugins you are using on your site to enable the following:

    • Subscriptions
    • PayPal

    In the meantime, please can you share a copy of your sites “System Status Report” which you can find this via?WooCommerce?→?Status.

    Select Get system report and then Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.
