Pleasantly Surprised with ThemesEye Support

When purchasing WordPress Themes for clients I often find that customer service can be lacking from the creator. In the case of the Foster Charity Pro Theme from ThemesEye my expectations have been exceeded. Yes, there were unexpected issues with the way that the theme worked and displayed information but ThemesEye’s support did not disappoint me. In fact I am impressed with their customer service even though we are clearly in different time zones and I have to wait a day for response, everything I have requested help on has been looked after with care and attention to detail.
