Refund request for Pro Square (doesn’t have what i need)

Hello.
You don’t answer my emails. You told me your pro Square had two sidebars and Monserrat font site-wide. Not true, as I learned after paying for it yesterday. I only needed the font control and the sidebars. It has neither..
As I told you by email this morning, “I’m not interested in your pro theme, it doesn’t have what I need, and it has a lot of things I don’t need that will waste my time. Please cancel it, thank you.”
Cancel means refund it. I have deleted it from my blog and am using another theme. You have not acknowledged this email, either. Yesterday, I asked you for your time zone and office hours, you ignored me. You then disappeared without answering my emails.
Today, you ignored me again, telling me instead to login to your site to chat with you. I’m not logging in, as I have still no idea of your time zone.
In any event, I don’t want your theme. There is no point in paying for a pro theme, only to patch it together with code snippets, which I presume is to be the solution. I can just as well add code snippets to a free theme.
Please make the refund. Thank you.
