  • Which website did you make your purchase from? That’s where you should go to have this straightened out.

    www.ads-software.com (where you are now) does not sell anything, so you couldn’t have made the purchase from here.

    Or a screenshot showing this?

    And more importantly which website did you go to make your purchase?

    Your receipt has reference to ZenithWP. A quick googling of this shows there’s an independent WordPress theme/developer with this name and address https://zenithwp.com/ — but I can’t say if that’s where you made your purchase or not.

    As I said before, you’re at www.ads-software.com now, and this website does not sell anything. So you’re really knocking on the wrong door!

    As you can see, the money cam to you.

    Darrellwilson.com was the site where I started but the
    payment went to you.
