Review Grid with Media?

Thanks for using CusRev.

The tag filter is not available in the grid layout. However, the media is displayed in each review by default.

I don’t see the media, including in the source code. Is there anything that could be disabling it? My shortcode reads:

Do you have any images uploaded to a/some reviews? Please follow this solution to enable the option to upload media to reviews How to Add Videos to Reviews and recheck this issue.

I did not have images, only videos. I uploaded an image per your suggestion, and yes it is working in the grid. However this doesn’t help me much.

My product, which is a health supplement (https://fructosecontrol.com) benefits greatly from video reviews where people can explain their experience with the product, but not at all from images.

Is there a particular reason why the grid shows images and not video? Can this be added, or is it a bug? Thank you very much for your help.

Currently, our plugin doesn’t support showing video in the grid reviews. I will inform the development team to consider supporting this feature in future updates.
