    Hello,

After updating woocommerce with latest version, my subscription detail page at backend not working.

Showing me critical error on “Customer Histroy” section.

I am getting this error in my log file : PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method WC_Subscription::get_report_customer_id() in/www/my_site/public/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/Internal/Admin/Orders/MetaBoxes/CustomerHistory.php:28

Is there any conflict with subscription plugin? Any one has any idea regarding this error?

    Thank you.

Hello to everyone. After updating Woocommerce & Woo Subscriptions, we are encountering the same issue that hinders us from viewing subscriptions from the backend.

    Hi there,

Thank you for checking in with us about this.

I understand you are observing fatal error message on the subscription detail page.

Our developer team has worked to address this issue, which now has a pending pull request to be included in the upcoming version release. (Our developer team has mentioned version could be released either today or tomorrow depending on the approval process.)

In the meantime, as a workaround, we are asking our users to disable Order Attributes feature setting. WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced tab> Features > Uncheck Order Attribute feature setting.

More information about Order Attribute feature, see here.

    Hi @kikanirita,

We’ve released an update yesterday. Why not upgrade WC to the latest version and check if everything’s working smoothly? More info: https://developer.woo.com/2024/02/20/woocommerce-8-6-1-fixes-to-issues-introduced-in-8-6-0/
