positioning widgets

Hello, what ID and codes do I need to reposition/customized the widgets in these site?

I’m talking about the contents on the three boxes. As you can see, certain contents are touching the borders of the boxes, of course, that is not how I intended to do it. The area where the boxes are located is a “widgetized feature box” on thesis theme. So it can be treated as another sidebar really.
