Sales or commission not updating in Affiliate dashboard

I checked the link and see that the affiliate cookie used to generate commissions works correctly.

Have you checked our documentation to see if you have everything correct?:

Make sure you set the commission above 0%, set the cookie expiration to a time longer than a customer can take to complete a purchase, and if you are testing with the affiliate themselves, check to allow generating auto commissions for affiliates.

Thnx for ur reply. I checked document. but still im not able to solve the issue.

https://gozontranscript.realsenseindia.com/shop/?ref=7 through this referral id i made a purchase from another browser. the purchaser got mail order id#2217 amount Rs.1200

Then I check woo commerce order status and I found 1 order. the order id was #2217 and status was processing. then I update the order to change to status to completed.

Further I checked affiliate page. but commission was not updated.

Affiliate name & email : Rah Mxxxxx<small>@yahoo.com</small>

ID:5 token: 7 Rate:N/A Earnings: 0.00 Balance: 0.00

conversion rate: N/A status: ACCEPTED

My general option settings are:

Query var name: ref referral cookie name: yith_wcaf_referral_token

Referral cookies expire after : 15 days

Set cookies via AJAX: enabled

sorry for the delay.

I was able to see what you mentioned and your screenshots, and it seems you have everything configured correctly. When using an affiliate link and making a purchase, after processing the order the commission should be generated without problems, but I understand that this does not happen at your facility.

To rule out any type of existing conflict, I recommend performing the following tests:

• update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
• change to a default WP theme like 2023.
• Leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.

If you don’t want to do this on your live site, you can easily create a staging site using the free WP Staging plugin.

I’m experiencing same problem, everthing was working till today. No history of customer clicking the link nor comission. Enabled payment from processing to Paid. NO commission yet, no reflection of the purchase. I’m scared to pay for this plugin. This was the first commissioni wanted to test run
